RF fence
Passive observation only. No joining, no probing, no decrypting — this surface reads broadcasts already in the air and imported capture files only, and it transmits nothing.
Proximity ≠ identity. Proximity ≠ prediction. A signature says gear is near now; it names no person, proves no intent, and predicts nothing.
About & status
Status: PILOT — BUILT-PROVEN, awaiting first real drive (by 2026-11-15). No real sightings yet — runtime fixtures + LG radio check NOT RUN; scanner adoption WITHHELD. This surface consumes imported capture files only; it does not scan live and transmits nothing.
Ideas Ledger Entry 002 · Artificer Desk · Data law: full-raw on-device only, 7-day expiry enforced in code; de-identified aggregates (labeled) may persist beyond expiry. Own-device exclusions load from the watch-list §12 — values are filled from the first real logs; none are invented.
Fixed-camera registries
Live conditions
LIVE DATA — read just now from the House Weather Service on your home network. This is a different kind of data from the fixed-camera registries above: those are static snapshots; this panel shows current conditions, and it says so — including when the data is STALE or the service cannot be reached.
Enter it once. It is stored only on this device (in this app's own on-device storage) and is never sent anywhere — it is only used as the address this panel reads from. Leave it empty and live conditions stay off. The first time, your browser may ask you to allow this page to reach devices on your local network — allow it for live conditions to work.
Live conditions are off — no House Weather Service address is set.
RADAR
Passive RSSI visualization — not location
- Priority
- Fleet
- Commercial
- Residential
- Wi-Fi only
Rings are proximity bands only — adjacent / near / present, from RSSI. A blip's angle on this scope carries no direction or location meaning.
No sightings to plot. Import a capture-pair export, add an owner-entered sighting, or turn on FIXTURE mode to see the proof data.
Sensor health — are the ears on?
This app must confess when its ears are off: with no imported capture, both radios read NO DATA above — that is the truth, not an error state.
WI-FI
No Wi-Fi sightings yet.
BLE
No BLE sightings yet.

Select a sighting above to see its detail card.
Add data — imports & your own sightings
Import a capture-pair export (RF-OBS CSV, WiGLE-class CSV, or JSON — RFSentinel / WiGLE class files). The file is read on this device only; nothing is uploaded.
Custom watch
Your own watch entries: a pattern (text, or /regex/) plus a label. A match is flagged CUSTOM WATCH.
The alert means “a watched signature is near” — it never means a specific person or vehicle “is here.”
Your own devices — never findings
Exclusion list (watch-list §12). Your own devices never render as findings. Values are filled from your first real logs — the shipped list starts empty on purpose; nothing is invented.
Know your own footprint
Education — how setups change what the air says about a network. Items resting on the reviewed footage are labeled VENDOR-REPORTED.
- Default SSID visible: a router left on its factory name announces its maker and model class to anyone passively listening nearby. (VENDOR-REPORTED — from the reviewed footage's Starlink examples.)
- Hidden name still transmitting: hiding an SSID does not silence the radio — the access point still beacons, and clients still call out for it. A hidden name is not an invisible network. (VENDOR-REPORTED in the footage; consistent with the watch-list's platform facts.)
- Third-party router patterns: swapping the provider router for your own changes the names, addresses, and patterns you broadcast — same internet, a different RF footprint. (VENDOR-REPORTED — from the reviewed footage.)
- The mirror stands: everything the watch-list can recognize is broadcast in the clear by design — including, in their classes, your own devices. Read the air, and know you are read in it. (Watch-list §10.)
Aggregates (past 7-day raw expiry)
